Guild Rules

Guild Rules:-
1)- You cannot battle with other guild members for an office without the sole permission of either a) The Guild Master or b) the Person currently holding the office. 
2)- You cannot challenge alliance members without the sole permission of a Diplomatic Advisor or Guild Master. This rule no longer applys as of 25/08/10
3)- If you hold an office that is able, you must support all guild candidates. 
4)- You must be consistently active, a period of more than 3 days of absence is grounds for an inquiry into your activity and may result in instant termination of your membership.
5)- No longer can you attack guild members regarding an issue related to candidacy, through guild messages. 
Please alert an Officer to the situation then wait for them to decide the punishment. 
6)-No swearing or offensive language towards guild members. Any swearing will result in instant termination of Guild membership.

Guild Rules Ammendment:

1a) No guild member may challenge another guild member who currently holds office.
b) In reference to 1a, Active participants in any election may apply so long as the office is either empty or has an enemy that holds the office. 
Note: A person may apply with the express permission on the office holder, these negotiation are to be done on guild chat to avoid a case of he said she said. 

2a) No offensive, racist or demeaning language may be used against any member of the game Europe1400 any new of such events occurring will result in the immediate removal of said person from guild.

3a) All requests shall now be made in the form of orders, any player who is "ordered" to vacate an office by a ranking member must do so by the end of the end of the following election. 

4a) all ploys and plans must be signed off by administration, any failure to do so will void any kind of arrangements and a Court Marshall shall be held ranking members of Senate to decide the culprits fate in the guild.

5a) Senate positions (ie Marshall, Knight, Feudal Lord etc.) will now be placed by seniority in the guild and will be assessed by AF's internal ranking structure. 
An office holder may choose to give up there position to the next ranking member should the need arise. 
b) NEW RULE: Each member of senate will be in charge of a certain area of guild running and City control. Details to follow.

6a) Use of the website and chat system is paramount to AF's Strength and as such is now necessary that you participate actively in both to attain your position in guild.
b) Activity is also paramount to AF's strength and as such from now on any member inactive for a week will be replaced by a new member.

7b) All members must now sign off each message, with their official guild titles of which can be found once you sign up to the website.
THIS IS NECESSARY to guild infrastructure form now on.
